    Cheese....

    Can anyone please help me....

Last time I did Atkins, I used to cut cheese into sticks and wrap it with bacon and put it on the grill/grill-pan.... I don't remember which kind of cheese I used, but it was mild and didn't melt too easily......anyone know a cheese that doesn't melt too much....I would like it to stay inside the bacon....

    Thank you!
