Breakfast is the most important meal of the day...what do you guys make for your breakfasts?
this is a good one for someone on OWL that is eating dairy nuts and berries
I have some Trader Joes Greek style Yogurt
this stuff is awesome
1 cup is only 8 carbs!!!
I am going to top it with 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries and a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
a huge glass of water
coffee with cream
a vitamin a calcium tablet a primrose and L-glutamine (that Barb makes me take so I do not go mental each month....
)
that should start my day with a smile and a glow...your turn
