Lately, breakfast has been a mock danish using a variety of DaVinci's syrups as flavorings. (Did you know that banana syrup, a little cinnamon, and some pumpkin pie spice makes a decent version of banana bread? That was this morning's experiment!)
I recently made an utterly amazing scramble - found the recipe somewhere online and can't seem to find the link at the moment. Saute ground beef with a tiny bit of chopped onion. Add cream cheese and let it melt through. Then add your eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Absolute heaven!
It reheated wonderfully and made breakfast for most of the week.
