                            3" thick venison loin chops with seared foie gras slices (I found some fresh whole foie at the local gourmet butcher shop and have plenty of deer in the freezer), steamed broccoli, goat cheese and roasted red pepper rounds, with a small square of unsweetened 100% Arriba organic chocolate and a few blueberries for dessert.
