I am having my wisdom teeth out tomorrow. I bought sugar free pudding. I am wondering if I can make it with heavy cream instead of the ff milk? Anyone had any experience with this or know if it will work? I think it will but I want to make sure...

Sorry I have no experience with it. But I didn't want you to think no one was listening.

Check the package ingredients. SF pudding may contain ingredients that are not Induction legal.

Good nourishing soups can be made with chicken broth, pureed low carb vegetables like cauliflower, and heavy cream. That would probably be a better choice than SF pudding. If you are not on Induction some SF pudding would not be a bad thing. If you are on Induction, consider one of the Induction friendly cheesecake recipes.

Coddled, scrambled or soft boiled eggs are delicious, soft in the mouth and Atkins friendly.

          Naja,

I am not on Induction. I know the foods I can eat after my surgery. I would really just like an answer to my question. Thanks!

You know I was just thinking, cream usually makes things thicker so I don't know how it would work, but what about diluting the cream w/ 1/2 water and 1/2 cream---FF milk always seemed really watery to me so it might work.

Hope your apt. went well. :hug
