I can't believe I actually made something right!!! I am letting it cool down rightnow, and I will let you guys know how it turns out!!!

As if that wasn't AWESOME enough, DH walked in the house and said "Wow!!!! That smells great!!!!!" I am beyond ecstatic right now!!!!!

I am not following KISS anymore. I never experienced any symptoms, I have never taken antibiotics long term, or much at all due to being allergic. I was always losing weight and was doing fine. I just did the spit test out of curiousity. When I started KISS and the regimine, I gained and was stalling. Now I am losing, not bloated, and I feel great.

I am going to go to the DR for a test to get an actual diagnosis.
