I have been to one here pre-Atkins. Very much like a health food store, but designed like a main stream grocer. They have alot more healthy options and a produce section, etc. You can grind your own peanut butter. They sell alcohol and have a meat counter and bakery. The prices are similar to the grocer. I like to go and find new fun stuff. Now that I am on Atkins, I will revisit and see what I can get...
