  • Hot chicken

    for dinner

4 garlic cloves, fresh basil, salt, red pepper and 5 tbsp. paprika olive oil. Crush all the ingredients and make a paste. Spread the chicken with it. UNDER the skin and over (that´s important). Add 1/2 glass white wine (or beer instead) and roast for 40 minutes.

Mine is in the oven right now

            Hi girls!

I hope you like this siiiiimple recipe. When you put the paste under the skin, the chicken gets all the flavour and it´s really juicy!!

I do a wonderful chicken in a similar way by mixing fresh sage leaves garlic and butter and shoving it under the skin ...

I am going to do your recipe today with the basil and paprika yummmmmm paprika is so under used here because most of what we get in the tiny jars is flat and tastless ..it is used to decorate salads and stuff...

I get my paprika at an Indian market and it is sweet and full of flavor and a magnificant color! it is amazing how good paprika is when you get the good stuff!!!

I bought dried and red "pepperoncini" in Italy last year. I put them into a bottle and added some olive oil. The taste is great.
