  • Anyone tried "cheddar cauliflower"?

    It's a yellow-orangish cauliflower, and it is so good! The texture and flavor seem creamier than regular white cauliflower. Apparently it has more vitamin A, too, which is always good. And blended as mock mashed potatoes, it has a beautiful "cheesy" looking color.

    I read about it, but I haven't seen one in the supermarket or the garden catalogs yet......

      Yes I have heres a picture I took...tastes like regular cauliflower I think but it may be psycological that when I made cheesey mashed Faux-taotos with it I thought they tasted "cheesey-er"

      MAde like cheesy mashed potatoes..I used to eat those from a box...

        I haven't tried them yet, but my parents keep raving about them. Gotta remember to pick one up at the store.
