I just bought a big ol' jar of chocolate whey protein powder (low carb, of course) and I think I could probably handle having this every morning as a shake along with/instead of my breakfast.
I know that I'm not the best about staying away from Frankenfoods which is why me asking this seems sort of weird, but would anyone foresee a problem drinking it every morning? I need more protein and it's really quick and easy.
