  • Crunchy Cassarole Top

    What can I use to make my tuna cassarole's top crunchy? I was thinking pepperoni but that'd be a little much; and I'm not a fan of pork rinds. Maybe flax crackers, but flax and tuna?

    What do you guys use?

      Cheese. Or cheese mixed with finely chopped nuts.

        I tried adding extra cheese but it just didn't come out right. Soy crisps though, that's a good idea. I love those things.

          You microwave the cheese, like your making cheese crisps. Then you crumble that with the finely chopped nuts.
