Cooked up some tacos for the bf and took some unseasoned browned ground beef for myself. Seasoned it with pepper, garlic, basil, and hot sauce, threw in some romaine lettuce, added some pieces of bleu cheese, nuked it for 30 seconds or so. Friggin delish.

Speaking of blue and gorgonzola....I just bought some of the most fantastic Gouda cheese....any ideas of what I should do with it besides just break off a bit and eat it??

Heidi, YUM.
I've really been conscious of my cheese intake, I love it. I think I've been good about it. I don't go over 3 oz a day. I buy the good stuff- I enjoy it more as a treat that way. Other than my polly-o string cheese of course, lol. When I hit berries, I'm really going to have to work that moderation magic. I love berries.
On a side note, I just heard the Mister Softee Truck song. Evil!

I took boneless skinless chicken breasts (on sale), stuffed them with broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese, wrapped in bacon and baked them for about 45mins-1 hour (the guys love this!) ; Side of roasted cauliflower for me and mashed potato for the boys.BARB

Mmm, gouda's yummy too. It melts well. Tastes good in eggs. Shave it thin on a salad.

it is a nice mild cheese and I usually do just eat it as it is or with a salad ..and you can melt it as well ...very good with fruits ..it is a good cheese

Pizza omelette with moz, mushrooms, and 3 cheese tomato sauce from Trader Joe's. I was still hungry, so I had about half a cup of ground turkey with taco seasoning (pre cooked) and ranch dressing with one of the Mog's cheesy taco shells crumbled on top.
