ok.. it is canning season here again and I have made chili sauce for the past (many) years.

yep but taste it and only add a bit as you go cause you are going to find your tastes have changed since last time you canned it. You may find you need to use 2 sweetners to get the blended flavor of sugar is you are a taster of the bitter or off tast of splenda. if not have fun.by the book atkinseer

Well, according to all one of the best chili sauces ever!!!! I feel so evil, if they only knew! And 2 big you were correct I started out with 1/3 of the splenda and it was plenty!Bren
