  • Reese's Peanut butter cup

I just made this not sure if my measurements are exact.
5 Tbs Chocolate Cool Whip 5 carbs
    1 packet Splenda 1 carb
1 Tbs carb friendly Creamy Peanut Spread 1.5 Carbs
1 oz. Cream Cheese less than 1 carb
    Mix all together till smooth.
The whole thing is under 9 carbs
    4 cups/ patty = 2.25 carbs each

I made mine into 4 cup/patty shapes & then put them in the frig to firm
Having been over a month since I have had a Reeses candy bar this tastes alot like one to me.

    Hope you guys like it

I believe that cool whip is a no-no, unfortunatley. Maybe try making that more Atkins approved by using real whipping cream and some cocoa powder instead?

Huh, maybe the chocolate ready whip cream in the can then. That would make it even less carbs. or reg ready w/ unsweetened choc. powder
