  • Yay for Trader Joe's

I bought stevia, unsweetened mayo, natural prosciutto and smoked salmon, sesame oil, and a bunch of other things today. The one by me is smaller than others i've seen, but I loved it all the same.

Well, stay away from stuff like that flat bread!! Please don't get upset, but I know a lot of people have found that 'low carb' products cause stalls. What phase of the plan are you on? If you are still on Extended Induciton, you could try moving on to OWL to help you lose. Pills do not help weight loss, if they did everyone in the world would take them. You could post a menu and then you could see if there is anything you need to tweak to help you lose.

Oh, I am so sorry!! I have hijacked this thread!!!

I am jealous, we have no Trader Joe's around here, you lucky girly!!! I am glad you found so much great stuff there. I love Stevia.
What would we do without it?

Yay!!! I love Trader Joe's too! We don't have one in Florida though, at least not near me. When we were in Michigan last week, hubby and I went, and he stocked up on his favorite tea (Indian Spice I think) and I bought lotion and body scrub, and air freshener, and flowers for MIL. Have you tried their body products? Their Citrus lotion is awsome! and It's only 2.50.

I loved their wasabi mayo, but I didn't see it this last time I went, and I'm not 100% positive the ingredients are legal, because I wasn't on Atkins when I used to buy it.

I only purchsed a few food products but next time i'm going to spend more time there. I saw the body care stuff, some of it smelled awesome. i picked up a jar of garlic aoli mustard (totally leagal in all phases) and I saw the wasabi mayo, but I remember there being something that wasn't friendly, though I don't remember now. I bought some bread for bf, but i don't do bread, lc or otherwise. I'm thinking I'm mildly gluten intolerant, besides the fact that i'm not anywhere near that rung.

              Re: Yay for Trader Joe's

Sounds like a great store. BUT there isn't one around where I live I am in SouthEast Missouri & Miles from even a Wal-Mart. I have tried to see where the closest one is but can't get the site to load... I am guessing it is more that 2 hours from here though.

There are so many stores thorughout the country that would be just as good. Farmer markets, whole foods, wild oats. I love markets.
