Can CarbQuick be swapped out for Atkins Bake Mix in recipes that call for it? I have a whole tin of the Bake Mix I'm trying to get rid of; I'm sure my recipes won't be as good, but I didn't know if chemically it would be possible.

I have never purchased any of that stuff ..but can not see how it would not wor baking mix is baking mix I imagine (correct me if I am wrong here please) ...
I know if you try a recipe and it comes out then you can what have you got to loose anyway just do a recipe and see...be a wild child!!!!

Is this the wheat gluten version or the soy version? If it's soy, I would say, no, the two aren't interchangeable. If it's wheat, I'd say the two are probably pretty close.Comment
