Higgies, haha, as you can tell omelette flipping is not even close to being my specialty. Some pointers are always welcome!

Heidi, I love the idea that you get your plates from yard sales. That's an amazing idea. I am always in the market for cute and funky pieces, but it never occured to me just to pick up some bland boring dishes from Ikea. I'm going to be all over that come summertime. Now here's the million dollar question--wheres the best place to get cheap kitchen gadgets? I have a ton of stuff I need: garlic press and rotary cheese grinder to name just two, but they're always so pricey in stores.

Sheshy, thanks for the great tip about grilling. I'm going to have to try that for sure! Do you use charcoal or gas? I would imagine the charcoal grill would give it a weird flavour.

Actually, I just used my george forman-ish grill...this grill has interchangable plates, so I can use a flat griddle and press the sandwich...it worked great and only takes about 3 minutes or so!

OMG, I saw "make with the poop" when I scrolled down to that post... hahahahaha... I was about to recommend some flax.

But seriously, your deadly royal bombshell highness, post up your poop cookie secrets!

I'm thinking whoopie pie, if you know what I mean... whoopie pie with some cream cheese/splenda filling. If I can make a low-carb whoopie pie, my MIL will love me forever (she's on Atkins too).
