I just posted a recipe for a fishermans omlette.
This was insprired from some frshly caught rainbow trout that my 10 year old daughter caught in the process of winning the Annual kids Mothers Day Fishing derby at the local Rod and Gun club.
About 600 cal. & 4 grams of carbs.
