    Thanks for posting that. Looks delicious. I have a remiro pepper which I am sure I could use. I have never found jalepenos except sliced in a jar here unfortunately.... I love them!

    Would love to see MOGS firecracker recipe too. Where can I find it?

      Earlier I think someone posted about wrapping them in bacon and it being a bit too much - I make a similar dish, but I wrap the peppers in prosciutto.... it's the perfect little bit of protein with the pepper. I highly recommend it!

        MOGs recipe for firecrackers are wrapped in bacon ..I love those and am making them tonight for company! there are some great big shiney jalepenos in the market right now from California ..in spite of the bad weather I guess
