    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

            Ok staying away from spinach dip and going to check into those breakfast spinach Quiches. And when I make them you all can come to my house since I'm in the middle of you two... not sure where 2big is???

            OH Mog, I visited NC last weekend and took the kids to Carowinds... It was fun but the last day I was scared sh**less because one of the rides came undone that my 6yr old was on. I had to hold him in. Someone got an ear full and they are lucky that's all they got.

              dang I'm in TN and got the farthest to go. Barb just jump in your delevery truck and bring them but not those hiogh carb snacks. I tell you you are my Atkins hero being surrounded by those things every dasy even sleeping with them and still being on tatget and on plan.

                Yikes! I haven't been to Carowinds since I was a Brownie! um about 50 years ago!

                    Well, 2big, thank you so much! Most days I am not bothered by it at all. There are days though.........LOL.
                    But I have to tell ya. Where ever that delivery truck goes, all those snacks go!
