Hi, I found a great way to add something new to breakfast or any meal!
(I'm eating it now).
2 eggs
2tsp creamcheese(the phillidelphia brad has only 1 carb for the no fat kind)
a pakage of sweetner mixed w/ the creamcheese
a sprinkle of chedder(or whatever kind you like)cheese
You cook the egg like a regular omlet, then flip it put in the cheese, creamcheese, then fold it let one side cook, then flip it and put cheese ontop then once it's done, eat and really enjoy!! :yes
