Nuts

What is a good price for nuts? I know they are expensive, but just trying to get a feel for what's a good deal and where?

I've seen locally:

raw pecan halves bulk $12/lb
raw pecan halves bagged $5.48/10 oz
roasted almonds $6.48/lb
deluxe mixed nuts bulk $7/lb
dry roasted peanuts $2/lb

Please add any you've seen, and where if you're willing.

Hey! I was at Sam's Club and picked up a 3 pound container of Almonds for $15, it'll probably last me for a good 2-3 months.

I buy the unroasted nuts in the baking section of my warehouse club store. A 2 pound bag varies from $8 to $9, depending on the nut.

man a 3lb bag of almonds would last me 3 minutes. (portion control problems anyone? lol)
I buy almonds in individual serving sizes at Sams Club. Im going to guess the box is around 5-8$
My treat is oil roasted almonds from trader joes with rosemary. 8$ for a small bag! (like I said, its an indulgence)
Bulk mixed nuts can be found for 5$ per pound on sale at the local grocery

almonds make my stomach hurt and that pisses me off I love them! they run about 8 bucks a pound here unless you buy them in big packages ..then about $5
