Ok I have a question....what about using canned condensed commercial soups? Like cream of mushroom..........
If you look around on Fitday...you will see under meat/beef...a thing that says with cream of mushroom soup....and when you look at the nutritional value page...it says that one cup of beef with the soup is 7.something net carbs (after the fiber is subtracted)....can that be used? Or it cant??
