whats spegetti squash???

:confused ok at the chance of sounding dumb i will ask.. i have no clue what spegetti squash is? is it a vegtable or noodles, how does it comes..bags, box? where can i get it.. im so sorry but i really wan tot try it and i cant find out what it is...thanks...
