Well I have the crab mixture all made up and both the "boys" are SLEEPING! Working on some sauce for the Spinach Lasagna. Haven't made that in a while, and everybody liked it.
OMG my kitchen is trashed. My whole house is trashed. I had great plans for today. The double header baseball game (that I was not going to, so I could stay home and do stuff) was cancelled due to rain so I have been stuck with these guys home all day!!

Man, I hate when JOhn's plans change on a Saturday and he stays home, I never get anything done!

I just picked enough snow crab legs to make about 8 ounces of crab meat and I whipped up a snow crab meat salad...I'll have that stuffed in 1/2 an avocado, probably for lunch tomorrow.

Soon I gotta get busy on dinner. I decided on Scallops and Shrimp in a Chipolte Adobo Cream sauce and roasted beet greens, I'll probably have to come up with another small veggie side cause those greens are going to be a very small portion.

Don't forget to take pics of your crab cakes Miss Barb! I can't wait to see and to hear how they tasted!

Well, as it stands now, the crab cakes will probably be tomorrow. I'm not doing all that frying for dead heads!
I have a spinach lasagna in the oven though. Boy, how my plans changed, huh???

Ohhh, I picked up a couple avocado's but they are not quite ready to eat yet!
I want to see a pic of the stuff avocado Mog!

Sure, I'll make sure and take a pic, but that probably won't be until tomorrow.

I'm hoping my avocado is ready, I poked at about 20 of them trying to find one that was ripe! I hate when I cut into one and find its not ripe yet, then you either got eat the darned thing unripe or throw it out! Avocados right now are 1.99 a piece! OUCH!
