  • Some like it hot....

Oh yum! The recipe I"m getting ready to fix for dinner says to take a can of chipolte peppers in adobe sauce and puree it...so, I just did! And man oh man is that stuff yummy! I was expecting a rather bland smokey flavor but it really has a nice kick to it!

Anybody know any other recipes I can use this stuff for? I only need 2 Tablespoons (or more if I can handle it ) and that means I'm going to have quite a bit leftover! I love spicey stuff and would love some suggestions on what to use the rest in!

OH, and I also have an over abundance of Cayenne peppers out in my garden, I am going to have to go out tomorrow and harvest a bunch, any suggestions for those besides drying them for later use?

you could use both in some pepper pot soup. it is basically chicken or beef veggie but the veggies are mostly pepers and the hot ones work well. A small bowl of the stuff goes a long way.
