Oh yum! The recipe I"m getting ready to fix for dinner says to take a can of chipolte peppers in adobe sauce and puree it...so, I just did! And man oh man is that stuff yummy! I was expecting a rather bland smokey flavor but it really has a nice kick to it!
Anybody know any other recipes I can use this stuff for? I only need 2 Tablespoons (or more if I can handle it
) and that means I'm going to have quite a bit leftover! I love spicey stuff and would love some suggestions on what to use the rest in!
OH, and I also have an over abundance of Cayenne peppers out in my garden, I am going to have to go out tomorrow and harvest a bunch, any suggestions for those besides drying them for later use?
