  • Spinach Lasagna

    This is a variation of this recipe: http://users3.ev1.net/~fontlady/spinach_lasagna.html
    I used 15oz ricotta in place of the cream cheese, so my version is not induction friendly. But VERY tasty!
    (also my own sauce and more mozzarella than is called for! LOL)

    That looks soooo good! Once made the original version and it was yummy... now I want to try it with ricotta! Tks Barb!

      Wow, that looks awesome! You know I bet it would be good with an alfredo sauce and some shrimp in it too (instead of the tomato and hamburger)!

          That's a thought! But you know... I have this last name beginning with De........!
          I have become Italian over the years and have to have red sauce from time to time! Hey. I have them eating pasta-less lasagna and liking it! They have come a long way! LOL.
          I used a lot of hot sausage in the sauce too.
          Hmm, alfredo and ricotta, have I ever done that??
