Hi, I just bought a bag of psyllium husks, I'm wondering what interesting ways I can incorporate it into my dishes, apart from the "stir with water and drink" method.

Psyllium husk does not make good breadcrumbs. However if you make a sort of baked thin cracker bread with psyllium husk, flax meal and water, you can make crumbs out of those.Comment
