freezing muffins

does any one have a good method of freezing muffns-- mine seem to get "frosty"

Make sure they are thoroughly cool. I refrigerate mine before freezing. When I'm feeling really obsessive-compulsive, I individually wrap them in plastic before freezing---makes them easier to grab-and-go.

I wrap each one in foil and then put all of them in a freezer ziploc. When I want one, I take it out, let it defrost in the foil and then take out, pop in the microwave and eat. HTH
