Okay, I need to eat dinner......LOL...I'm hungry...can you tell with all the recipes I've been finding??? Here is one that I think I want for dinner now...nothing special but it just sounds good (looks good in the picture too). I think I'd like these with some scalloped cauliflower on the side or something like that....mmmmm yummy.

Makes 6 servings (2 meatballs each)
    1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

    1 clove garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix meat, cheese, parsley, egg and garlic.
Shape into 12 meatballs. Place in foil lined 15X10X1 inch baking pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through.

You can make them even a little easier by making a huge 2" thick patty and then cutting it into cubes after it's baked. You can also bake the filling in a meatloaf pan and then cut that as well.

I was wondering what to do for dinner tonight and came across your thread! Since I have all the ingredients it looks as though I will be making meatballs tonight. Hubby can have meatball subs and I can have meatballs and garlic faux tatoes on the side.

I use a cookie scoop to make meatballs up quickly.

LOL...I'll get my recipe out and post it.....I'm sure it would be good with other veggies like broccoli maybe...but when I made the recipe I have....god it was SOOOO scrumptious...I took samples to like 3 people and they all wanted the recipe....even my daughter ate it which was weird because she only ever eats plain cooked cauliflower with nothing extra on it. Go figure....
