Made this last night. Could have eaten the entire thing easily. Ate 1/2 (which is too much anyway). Could probably throw another package of spinach and another onion in this. That's a lot of sauce (an entire package of cream cheese!?). It's a tad bit greasy (surprise, surprise - a stick of butter). I would like to do this to everything - broccoli, caulifower, cabbage, chicken, sausage. Leftovers tonight - woohoo!
