    Anyone having anything interesting?

We're planning on Ribeye steaks on the grill, sliced homegrown tomatos and a nice salad.

Fried Meatballs? Do you put some kind of coating on them?

Grilled Sirlions & home-make cream of cauliflower soup. Maybe a salad too, if I'm really hungry.

Prosciutto e melone. Italian sausages, grilled (all meat). Green beans tossed in olive oil, garlic, chili, with cherry tomatoes and basil added at the end.

Maybe strawbs and cream if there's space.

Does anyone else have a problem with prosciutto? I could (and have, shamefully) easily sit and eat a pound of it. It's like the ice cream of meat; it melts in your mouth. Fortuanately, the imported stuff (the only stuff I can eat 'cause I'm a snob) costs like $17/lb so I don't indulge. My mother in NYC lives down the street from one of those italian pork stores. Can't wait 'til August to visit!

Tuna salad wrap (romaine lettuce leaf)

Its way too hot here to cook or to eat hot food.
Lord, my dream is to lose this weight and to be healthier.

I do. I can't get past the fact that I think it smells like dirty feet.

I'm sorry. I can't help it. I TRY to like it. I really do. I gag every freakin' time I use it in a recipe. LOL

OMG - YES!! It's definitely in the top ten!

Seriously though, I'm a Food Network Junkie and I see them making this, and making that, always going on and on about the prosciutto, so I KEEP buying it. Thinking that perhaps it will grow on me. It never does. LOL

The only time I buy proscuitto is to make that stuffed chicken I posted. I only buy like 4 ounces --too expensive.

Man my dad used to let that limburger cheese sit on the counter all day to get to room temp, when he opened the jar, we'd all leave the house! Eww
