Re: Oriental /asian salad dressing
Here's a Wasabe Ginger Vinaigrette, I don't know if it's close, but it has sesame oil.
From "Eating Stella Style"
1T wasabe paste
1t Dijon mustard
1T fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1T peeled and minced fresh gingerroot
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup sasame oil
1/4t kosher salt
1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
1. In a blender on high speed, combine teh wasabe paste, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar and ginger for just a few seconds until smooth.
2. Turn the blender to a lower speed and slowly pour in first the canola then the sesame oil in a continuous stream until fully incorporated. Season with sat and pepper to taste and sttore refrigerated in a covered glass container for up to a month.

Re: Oriental /asian salad dressing
I use basically Dots first one with added ginger, sometimes garlic. I just wanted to post RQ though that a bed of greens with "chicken tenders" made with that chicken breast + egg wash, coat with canned parmesan, then fried.. yummm! My son calls them Chicken nuggets and now tells grandma he only wants the ones I make (she makes the pre-made frozen ones).
