  • What;s for lunch?

I'm having a big ol' hunk of smoked salmon, a sliced homegrown tomato and a small side salad with Marie's BC dressing! I'm in heaven!

    What are you having?

That sounds great MOG. I'm having boiled eggs and I have no idea what else. I didn't have time to pack a real lunch, and i don't have time to go out. I've got chicken wings in the fridge leftover from Wednesday, but it's not calling my name right now.

Went out for lunch today for a change. I had a salad that had lettuce - grilled chicken - shredded cheddar - tomatoes - black olives - cucumber slices - boiled eggs. Yummy!

ROTFLMAO, sorry Rich, but you started that thread, you asked for it! And there are really a lot more things I wonder about about "Royality" but I won't give you more of a headache, well, at least not today!

I hate not having anything to bring for lunch Miss P. I pulled this salmon out of the freezer last nite for today. That's why I make John smoke such a big batch everytime for me. It makes great last minute lunches!

Actually I had tuna 3 times this week and it was yummy! I love it when I'm in the mood for it. In fact it looks like a "fish" sort of week for me! I also found some Tabasco Dill Pickles, they're the little teeny cucumber ones...they're great!

ohhh tabasco dill pickles, that sounds yummy!! might have to look for those. (I love the tiny pickles. I feel better eating a handfulof them instead of one regular pickle. quantity eater? whats that? lol)

I found a hot smoking recipe for salmon I can do on a gas grill so Im going to give it a shot. Fingers crossed!

You all are soooo good. I had chicken and zucchini sautéed in olive oil. 2 huge glasses of cucumber and lemon water. Then I had a an ounce of cream cheese softened in the microwave, that I added a packet of splenda to, then a little pumpkin, ricotta, cinnamon and vanilla and threw it in the fridge for 5 min. then ate in about 2 seconds. YUM!

Salad greens (iceberg, romaine, baby spinach) , shredded cheddar, shredded bacon topping, broccoli florets, leftover cornish game hen meat, a little bleu cheese dressing. If i'd seen the thread before I sat down here for lunch I would have taken a picture... snack for later will be a square of flaxmeal cake.

My lunch was in several stages today, due to a crisis at work. I had shrimp alfredo and zuccini noodles (leftover from last night's dinner), some celery and pepper strips and some devilled eggs. I'm now sipping on my after lunch decaf since (I think/hope) the crisis is over. But lunch was good.
