        I made dinner for myself only, as my gf was out for the night. I will cook this recipe for her one night though

          Snow peas. Sugar snaps look like those only the peas inside are bigger and they're sweeter than the snow peas.

                I am beyond proud of you Rich!!! how awesome ...not only did you cook something wonderful like salmon (one of my favorite fishies) but you did it just for yourself!!! how cool is that when we consider ourselves important enough to prepare something beautiful for just us ...and then sit down and enjoy it solo!!! what a role model you are!!! OOOXXX good for you!!!!

                          I love it that Europeans call them "mange tout"... French for "eat all of it"... as opposed to artichokes which they say leaves more on the plate after consumption than before. LOL

                              after my hike this morning ..I am heading directly to the Farmers Market to buy some fresh salmon I am going to get a wild caught whole fish stuff it with fresh herbs and lemons ..rub mayo on the outside wrap it in foil bake it ...that with fresh veggies (whatever I find today that looks good) and berries with fresh whipped cream for dessert.....hmmmmmmm you made me want salmon so bad this week I could not wait until today to get one
