I was looking thru Linda's menus and found this yummy one.. but not sure what kind of cream?

MEXICAN QUICHE
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
4 ounce can chopped green chiles
1/2 cup cream
3 eggs
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon salt

All of the ingredients are legal, its just the quantity you have to watch (3-4 oz of cheese and cream is limited as well. Figure out how many servings this makes and see if dividing the cream and cheese by that number will fit into your daily allowance.

The cream should be heavy unsweetened cream. I make a very similar quiche and it's simple and great tasting even for this non-egg eater.

Ken is right. I use heavy cream. I just corrected the recipe to specify heavy cream.

Yum! I am on a quiche kick. Going to have to try this one.
