    RedShoes,

They are not for Induction. Sorry... but something to look forward to once you get to the proper rung in OWL!!!

Thanks for the very QUICK response!

I'm past the first two weeks on induction and would really love the recipe!

          Thanks!

The soy fits in on the OWL Legume rung.

Here is the recipe I use to make my own bake mix. HTH

              Faux Atkins Bake Mix

              1 cup soy flour
              2 cups soy protein isolate
              2 tablespoon baking soda
              1 teaspoon salt
              2 tablespoons Splenda

Sift together then store and use as you would Dr. A's. It's much cheaper and things come out about the same.

3 carbs per 1/2 cup serving

If you go with a wpi/almond flour waffle, you'll be able to eat them the morning after your induction ends.

I haven't had a lot of success with baking Atkins-style. I have a box of the Minicarb baking mix. Has anyone used it with this waffle recipe? I've only used it to "bread" chicken for frying. It smelled and tasty yuccky! Would I be better off making my own mix? Thanks.
