That roast cauliflower was soooo good. Where's Barb?? I'm gonna kiss her!! *smooch* That was the most awesomest-est cauli recipe ever. I didn't let mine get dark enough though, dern it. I ate the one dark piece and about fell out of my chair at the flavor! I just used olive oil (S & P) to roast in and then dotted with butter when it came out. And I ate everything that I made! Don't worry, tonight, I will make it darker for sure!

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..." 
..I am still not a fan of cauliflower but this way makes it edible to me ..I just made it so often last fall I got sick of it :P
