    That roast cauliflower was soooo good. Where's Barb?? I'm gonna kiss her!! *smooch* That was the most awesomest-est cauli recipe ever. I didn't let mine get dark enough though, dern it. I ate the one dark piece and about fell out of my chair at the flavor! I just used olive oil (S & P) to roast in and then dotted with butter when it came out. And I ate everything that I made! Don't worry, tonight, I will make it darker for sure!

      it is easy just cut up your cauliflower into small flowers then toss in olive oil, galrlic and minced onion, salt and pepper to taste ...roast in an open pan in a 375 oven strirring every 15 min or so for about an hour..it takes a long time but is worth it ...you want them golden brown and about 1/3 of what you started with because the water comes out completely ...

        adding curry to this makes it really good ..I am still not a fan of cauliflower but this way makes it edible to me ..I just made it so often last fall I got sick of it :P

            I had been really pushin' the cauliflower envelope and gettin' sick of it. When I saw the roasted cauli the first time I thought "Meh, more cauli" But, this is soooo nice! A definite for the fall that's for sure!! I am gearing up for soup season!!

              I love roasted veggie soups yummmmm I just take a pan of mixed veggies (whatever I have on hand) cook like above then dump them in a pot of stock with some cream and sherry ...yeah it is good

                Before starting this WOE, I never ate cauliflower. I saw this recipe a while ago, tried it...LOVED it! I now eat cauliflower on a regular basis...I love it this way. Also, mashed cauliflower, and oh, can't forget cauliflower goat cheese gratin (found this on Food network watching Bobby Flay).
