      Gottla love those bramble berries, just not the thorns. So, the berries are full of natural sugar... what to do? Add water, sugar and yeast, wait a week or 2 and pour off the wine, save until OWL rung 5

      Cream of tartar with artificial sweetener should help the
      whipping produce stiff peaks.
