  • Weight Watchers Cereal?

I know most of these are bad, but this one seems like it might be ok. All say they are made with splenda.

But the Fiber one, lists 17carbs with 9g of fibre = 8 carbs, and Sugars = 1g. It does not mention what the remaining 7 carbs are coming form. But these may be ok (not for those in induction), but for those generally keeping their food options open and carb intake low.

Has anyone had any experience with this? I used to snack on the atkins cereal but can find it anywhere in the last year...

It contains corn, soy and rice flours as well as oats and wheat gluten, This would have to wait until the last rung of OWL or maintainance/premaintance. Because it has a combination of the different flours I would wait until at least premaintainance until having it.

Like what sadie said, you need to read the ingredients and see if those ingredients are acceptable for your phase of Atkins.

As to the undeclared carbs, they are typically gums, stabilizers and starches.

Ive never followed the phases and dropped from 235, to a 180 now. Im happy where I am now I just need to lose 10 more which could be done by exercise and diet together, so im thinking of adding some carbs back into my life--minimally.

I want to keep my daily carb intake <100 and see if I gain weight like that, if I do ill lower it, if I dont then all is good as I can aim for a life goal of 100 a day.

You might want to ask around in the Maintenance Forum to see if anyone has added that cereal to their maintenance plans.

I have a CCLL of 50 and I've gone through the OWL carb ladder. Certain products I haven't added back because they are way too refined and processed for my personal food tastes.
