  • pumpkin?

    what brand of canned pumpkin can i eat because the pumpkin i seen has sugars is there a certain brand or am i looking in the wrong place?

    where can i find pumpkin in the can with no sugar? the only place i could find it is in the baking aisle with sugar?

      HI Joy. I buy LIBBY brand canned pumpkin. The trick is.... you dont want the pumpkin thats for pie. Thats the one with all the sugar and spices and everything. Take a couple Close looks at the canned pumpkin. Theone you want will be in with all the other "pie" cans but wont be for making pies.

        I find it in the baking aisle, it says '100 % pure pumpkin' on the can. The brand I buy is E.D. Smith, though I think that is a Canadian brand. You should also maybe try the canned vegetable aisle.

              remember the sugar we avoid is in the ingredients list the stuff in the nutritional label can be naturally occurring in the fruits and veggies.

                Libby's definately. The pumpkin recipe with some butter, a little cream, and a little bit of splends makes a wonderful dish at ANY meal. I've eaten it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desert
