    Those are excellent recipes.

    The author of the article, Monica Bhide, hosts the India Forum section of eGullet. Nullo has mentioned eGullet a couple times. It's a great foodie website. The India forum is quite spectacular.

    Just this week there is a thread on low carb rasgollas (an Indian dessert).

      But regarding those curry recipes, with the exception of the first one, the others are about 7 carbs per serving...not too bad.

        She cooked them in a splenda syrup. Which didn't work out all that well. I think polydextrose would work perfectly for this, though.

          curry had medicinal properties....it is of God....bar none my favorite food...my kids can bribe me for anything if they make me curry...or take me out for it...I say .."more curry less illness!" and you can curry anything....pumpkin makes wonderful curry!......for the season...I have curried breakfast lunch dinner snacks...curried pumpkin seeds..thanks for the link!.....there is no such thing as too much curry!!!
