    White Truffle Oil

    I saw some in the store yesterday. Anyone ever use it before? I'm thinking about buying a little bottle to try out.

    I'll bet it's delicious (though painful to the wallet). If you like mushroom flavored olive oil? It has a very good reputation as a flavor enhancer. You'll have to try some and relay your opnion.

      I've always wanted to try it, but I usually feel guilty after I look at the price. Trader Joes had a bottle, but I didn't really trust it (even though I think TJ's is great).

      I'd like to know what people think of it too.

        buy it!!!! I love white truffles ...have not tried the oil but can imagine it to be awesome ....and who cares about the cost you only live one time ....think of all the money you save not buying junk food and apply that to this moment of luxury!!!

          YES! It is delish! I use it sprayed on veggies and meats just before I serve them. Unique and tasty.

            I've already spent all the money I saved on junk food. I have expensive taste.

              I've never tried it either. I've looked at it but couldn't really think of any special way to use it. Meg's if you try it be sure and post what you made with it and how you liked it, please!

                I saw the oil in a spray bottle. Then I saw the oil in a clear bottle and another one in a dark glas bottle.

                Well, I'll buy a tiny bottle and see what I can do with it.
