Boy was it good! Hubby liked it too
For the pizza sauce, I just took 2 Tbs of tomato paste, added water, oregano, italian seasoning and about a Tbs of Splenda. Topped it with mozzarella, pepperoni and ground beef. Slurp!
For the crust, I just made the Atkins revolution rolls batter, and spread it out in a cake pan (about 3/4 of it). The rest I put into greased cups for rolls.
After cooling it, I turned the crust "pie" upside down. When it cooked, the center rose off the pan a bit, leaving a perfect crust ring typical of pizza.
Plus...I had a wooshie the next day!

. Dr. Atkins said even if one drop of yolk falls in, that you have to start all over...but it was the 6th egg! Anyhow, I managed to remove the yolk...the yolk didn't break so there was no harm done.
