I need to make a birthday cake of sorts for a friend who is also low-carbing it, though not on Atkins (and no, shes not loosing like I am) but she loves chocoalte anything. Has anyone added cocoa powder and davinci syrup to the flax bread recipie. I was thinking it would make a brownie sort of thing, and I could ice it with cream cheese, butter and more of the syrup. I prefer it over splenda. She doesn't think that flax bread could even remotely taste good, and I wanted to wow her
