ok look in the right hand corner of this picture the pumpkin I am talking about is as big as a regular pumpkin but has the colors of that little one there next to the pumpkin in the can ......this pumpkin is in Korean (maybe most Asian) markets right now 
it is a beautiful pumpkin and cooks like a very tasty spaghetti squash ..I am almost 100% sure it has no more carbs in it than spaghetti squash or pumpkin .it is no where near as sweet as a butternut squash .....it is much tastier than spaghetti squash ...it is an intensly deep dark orange inside so I am sure it is loaded with all kinds of Vit A ect....
I personlly do not like spaghetti squash because it tastes like stringy watered down squash to me..this one is full of flavor ..I cut it up roasted it forked out the strings and ate it with a dab of butter and some chile on top ...it is so tasty!!!!
this was the only pic I could find that looked like it and I do not know what it is called ..but I know last year after I found it ..and vowed to go back and get a few more ..they were gone as fast as they came in ...big favorite here I guess...
they show it here as a pie pumpkin (but I am thinking it is just a gord in this pic) but it is not what I would call one ...look at the pic closely it is so pretty then just look for one that is about 10 times that size but the same color! ...if you see one try it ....YUMMMMMM
