Joy, like I wrote in your thread in the Induction forum, you'll need to look up the carb count for tomatoes, then you need to figure it out for the sauce you're using. Tomatoes cook down alot. So depending on how your sauce is made, the amount can vary.

or if its coming from a can, check the label!

if it is coming from a can it purees to about 1 cup
