    I found Jicama!!

    :joy I found Jicama finally!! I've been searching the city and finally i found a store that's started carrying it..

    soo.. I tried some Jicama 'fries' tonight and they were pretty good..but Would like some other ideas if anyone has any?

    Eat em raw with lemon juice. Or but it in the search engine and see what other folks have come up with.
