It's nice to find a whole chicken recipe that doesn't have a huge time commitment. A good mid-week dinner recipe.

absolutely I only buy whole chickens anyway those parts make me nervous ...

I'll do that if you tell my boss that it's unreasonable for me to work 12-16 hours per day, 5 days per week.

well that is the same as what I work usually ....argh.....then there are the days I get called in because of blah blah blah.....oh well ...we have jobs girl we should be happy
