  • Quick & Easy Breakfasts

    Hi guys/girls,

I'm new to ADBB & i've had a good look around it this morning! I decided last night to start the Atkins diet because i wanna lose some weight before xmas. Everything seems fine but i'm stuck on what to have for breakfast. I used to have fruit but now that's off the list i don't know what to have. I used to have fruit because its quick & easy & i don't have time to make a breakfast in the mornings.

Any suggestions on what to have??

    Hello Ireland, :wave
Good luck on your journey. Eggs are always a good bet for breakfast. You could hard boil some the night before, and then just grab and go in the morning. There are alot of good microwave bacons that just take seconds to cook. Just a thought to get you started.

Hiya, thanks for your suggestions! Don't think i could handle hard boiled eggs in the mornings though. I'm not a huge egg fan

I'll have a look for the microwaveable bacon. How are you doin on the Atkins diet?

I usually have eggs for breakfast. For lunch, I have ham and swiss with lettuce and mayo. Last night I did a huge platter of chicken legs with garlic pepper in the oven. I will probably have that for dinner tonight with some broccoli. I think I am doing OK on Atkins but the weight loss is slower this time than when I did it 10 years ago.(I stopped then because I was pregnant.)Took a long time to get back to it. :sarcasm There are alot of good ideas on these boards. Check out the menu board, lots of good suggestions.
